GOVT APPROVED COMPUTER COURSES by

IT Kerala has been initiated as 'The State Career Development and Employment Generative Programme' by the combined effort of Kerala State Rural Women's Electronics Industrial Co-operative Federation Ltd (RUTRONIX) and Computer Technology Development Center (CTDC), as part of the Kerala State Golden Jubilee Celebrations.

RUTRONIX was established by the Government of Kerala jointly with Department of Information Technology (Govt. of India) and the Kerala State Khadi and Village Industries Board. CTDC is a voluntary organization for promoting computer education and employment generative program in the State with the objective to maximize the initiative of rooting out technological deprivation and ignorance amongst women. The project is to be promoted by the Women's Empowerment Programme Group (WEPG), an endeavour patronized by RUTRONIX and CTDC.

IT Kerala is the State-wide implementation of job-oriented and quality based educational programme at affordable cost, for the self-employment of Women in Kerala and for empowering them technologically to fight for the cause of prevalent 'female unemployment' . This mission aims at maximizing the power of knowledge and utilizing the expertise of our intellectual warehouse, for enabling and empowering the new generation of Kerala towards a technologically equipped and technically competent workforce. The following courses are being offered as part of the IT Kerala project.
