B-GHUD has been enlightening youngsters , since its inception ten years back, to face the challenges of the modern world. We are in pursuit of motivating job aspirants to emerge victorious in the rat race. Success embraces none but the smart and the emotionally intelligent.

Times have changed. Today entrepreneurs the world over are after a head-hunt for the competent. In this age of LPG (Liberalization, Privatization, Globalizations), jobs are aplenty both at home and abroad.

A wind of change has been sweeping our nation. Globalisation has become a reality. The 'Smart-City' in Kochi, the IT centres in Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Delhi, abroad etc. are in crying need of competent personnel. The developed nations prefer our IT Professionals for their creativity, consistency and value system. Our Doctors, Nurses, Engineers etc. are of global reputation. BPO's and Call centres have been welcoming our smart youngsters who are good at English, with the offer of lucrative salaries and perquisites.

We could visualise this boom well ahead. Today, command over English is synonymous with success. It was this conviction about English that enabled Mr. George John, our Director, to establish B-GHUD to motivate students to think big to fructify their goals. He could broaden his horizons during his 20 years abroad in the airline industry. His trips to 14 nations were an exposure to multicultural life styles, secular values and proactive approach to life.

Our young-sters have to rub shoulders with the best of the West. We train them to be assertive and adaptable, to hold their heads high in the midst of aggressive materialism and spiritual vacuum. Let wisdom and rationality liberate us.
